Every login session on vip98 is protected by multiple layers of security
Your mobile number and password are encrypted the moment you log in — no one can intercept them in transit.
If a login is detected from a new device or an unusual location, you'll receive an instant alert on your mobile.
With 2FA enabled, no one can access your account with just a password — entry is blocked until the OTP sent to your mobile is confirmed.
Sessions automatically time out after a period of inactivity — no risk of your account staying open on a shared device.
Entering the wrong password multiple times will temporarily lock your account, preventing any repeated attempts by unauthorized users.
Your password is never stored directly on our servers — only an encrypted hash is kept, which cannot be reversed.

Logging in to vip98 may seem straightforward, but there are a few small things that can catch you off guard if you're not aware of them. The most common issue is forgetting your password — many members set one during registration and can't recall it later. To avoid this, we recommend using a secure password manager.
Another common issue involves your mobile number. If you can't remember the number you registered with, or if you've since changed it, logging in can become difficult. It's a good idea to note down your registered number somewhere safe. If your number changes, contact support ahead of time to get it updated on your account.
Be cautious when logging in from a shared device or public Wi-Fi. If someone you know at home uses your phone while your session is still open, they can access your account. Always log out after you're done, and only use the "Remember me" option on your personal device.
Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on vip98 is strongly recommended. With 2FA active, even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can't log in without the OTP sent to your mobile. To set it up, go to Profile Settings after logging in and activate 2FA under the Security option.
Members sometimes fall victim to phishing sites — pages that look just like vip98 but are fake. These sites are designed to steal your login credentials. To stay safe, always check the address bar in your browser and confirm the URL is correct — vip98.my. Instead of clicking links in SMS or email messages, type the address directly into your browser.
Logging in to vip98 on mobile is a smooth experience. The site works well on any Android or iOS smartphone browser. It loads reliably on both mobile data and Wi-Fi. After tapping the login button, you're usually in your dashboard within 3–5 seconds.
Once you're in your account dashboard after logging in, you'll see your current balance, active bonus offers, recent bet results, and any new support messages. It's a good habit to check this overview — especially before making a deposit, since knowing your balance helps you plan better.
If you run into any login issues — your password not working, your account getting locked, or any other error — contact us immediately via live chat or at support@vip98.my. The support team typically responds within 5 minutes and can assist you in Bangla.
